1. Service
Sontix AI Documents is a Windows application for local document data extraction. Automated results may require review by the user.
2. Account and licence
The user is responsible for protecting account credentials. Licences may not be resold or shared without permission.
3. Plans and modules
Each plan defines a document limit and available modules. One module is included and additional modules are charged according to the current pricing.
4. Payments and renewals
Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not shorten an already paid period.
5. Refunds
Purchased plans, activated licences, started subscriptions and downloaded digital products are generally non-refundable. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded, or valid claims involving duplicate charges or failure to deliver the purchased service.
6. User responsibility
The user is responsible for having the right to process uploaded documents and for reviewing extracted data before business use.
